Support is the people who make Tachovo, not a ticket queue. Write about billing, about getting your drivers, vehicles and download schedule in, or about whether it fits how your office works. We do not answer questions about what the regulations require or what a traffic commissioner would decide, because neither is ours to answer.

If Tachovo Pro is not what you thought it was, write within 14 days of paying and we refund that month in full, by email, with no form to fill in. Cancelling needs no message at all: your account ends the subscription itself, effective at the period end. Prefer email? hello@tachovo.com reaches the same people.
